As a leader, Kamlesh has guided and directed over 100 Advisory and Appraisal Engagements covering areas such as Software Process, Engineering Design, People Performance for KPMG both in India and abroad. Kamlesh has the distinction of being one of the few SEI authorized lead appraiser for CMM (Capability Maturity Model), CMMI Development and CMMI SVC (Services CMM) product suites in the Asia Pacific Region. And one of the few internationally to have done a high number of process maturity assessments (around 30 CMM assessments at maturity levels from 3 to 5, around 20 SCAMPI assessments for Industry Leaders) • Kamlesh also had a distinction of being one of the few SEI authorized PSP Instructor and TSP Launch Coach in India. Using these framework, Kamlesh has helped some of the global product development organizations improve its product development processes. • Kamlesh has served on the several review panels for evaluating best process implementations in the industry. He is an active speaker in several process improvement forums in Asia Pacific region and covered topics of industry interest such as organizational process maturity and service excellence, developing process maturity for individual and teams using PSP and TSP. • His quality management experience includes creating better processes, training, coaching, facilitating, implementing and assessing the status of the process improvement efforts • Before associating with KPMG, Kamlesh worked on several technologies such as Oracle, Unix, other 4GL’s and ERP (BaaN) • Kamlesh brings over 16 years of varied industry experience related to technology, management and consulting • Kamlesh has required expertise in implementing and assessing process improvements in areas such as Software Process, Engineering Design and People Performance
