Global payment services company MasterCard has launched a technology hub in India with two facilities in Pune and Vadodara as it plans to expand its business by tapping into the growing potential of cashless transactions in the country.

The centres, which together represent the company's largest tech hub outside the United States, not only support its global businesses, but also are likely to come up with new applications to facilitate cashless payments for Indian retail customer.

Whizible is an integral part of Mastercard plans as Whizible helps Mastercard to reach its goal through its Flexible Whiz framework based software Whizible suite of products.
